Caitlin McKimmy is a doctoral student in clinical psychology at the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience and the Renee Crown Wellness Institute. Prior to her work at the Crown Institute, Caitlin studied Religion and Neuroscience at Carleton College and received a Master of Theological Studies in Buddhist Studies from Harvard Divinity School. In addition, she spent several years working as a teacher and a learner of comparative religion and meditation traditions in India and Nepal. She brings an interdisciplinary lens to her research into the clinical applications of mindfulness, flourishing in college-aged youth, and cross-cultural interventions.
