BWell Youth
Advisory Council

The YAC provides a platform for students to engage with researchers and district leaders to share their perspectives on mental health and voice insights on wellness and emotional health. BWell is a Research Practice Partnership between the Crown Institute and Boulder Valley School District.

Goals

1
Raise awareness and advocate for policies to promote supportive, responsive and healthy school culture.

Create connections with other kids passionate about improving mental health.

Focus on the importance of student voice, and what changes will best impact the student body regarding mental health.

Use the insights, data, and opinions to make specific and optimal recommendations that will best impact BVSD.
